there’s already been a many trends batted about for this coming fall (lingerie dressing, mannish tailoring, fur, 30s-40s), but one that is near and dear to me is grey dressing. in my mind, grey isn’t a trend, it’s a neutral that isn’t as stark as black or white and it has a depth to it—in texture and tone. i saw this editorial over this weekend from vogue china and not only was i enamored by the monochromatic dressing, but also how it encapsulated not only the grey trend but also all of the other trends i mentioned above. and how gorgeous does bette franke look in this lush yard? see some of my favorite grey items below, along with some finishing touches.
