after last week’s craziness of work and a photoshoot, i wasn’t able to properly celebrate my third wedding anniversary. so the hubs and i went to palm springs for a few days. with near perfect weather, we enjoyed yummy food, hanging out poolside, an architecture tour (a major highlight was seeing the kaufmann house), and taking the aerial tramway. of course i fit in some (outlet) shopping at desert hills—and scored the fab manolo blahnik heels i wore to dinner. it was a wonderful weekend of recharging and reconnecting and we’re already planning our next quick trip.
