veronica swanson beard and veronica miele beard have truly evolved their line veronica beard from their signature blazer with interchangeable dickeys to a full-fledged collection of covetable pieces. inspired by new york in the 80s, you could see the mix of the official preppy handbook (blazers, skinny pants, a-line skirts) with 3D pop prints in the vein of stephen sprouse and high-tech fabrications (python embossed plastic jackets, “denim” leather, cotton scuba). the chunky jewelry, designed by jennifer fisher, provided a punk-ish counterpoint to the more straightlaced clothing. it was fun, funky, yet had the play of masculine and feminine that i love. bravo, ladies!
