sometimes fashion is just too…fashion-y. what i love about the in-between collections like pre-fall is now easily digestible the clothing in. in the vein of what i talked about on monday (dressing women of all ages), i saw the collections from ralph lauren, tibi, and the row, and thought these are the epitome of the k.i.s.s rule. nothing complicated, just wearable silhouettes and neutral colors that work with what is already in your closet, but with interesting touches, like pleating and luxe fabrics. except that’s not stupid at all—maybe it should be keep it simple…and stylish.
