the one thing: a homespun thanksgiving.

the one thing Uncategorized

being far away from my family at thanksgiving is something that i’m become accustomed to, and it’s something that can make the holidays a bit sad. many of our local friends are also away from their families too so thanksgiving ends up being a day (or a weekend) full of potluck dinners, braving the black friday sales, watching football, and having fun with your close friends who have become like family. it’s always nice to bring a great present for the host, like these flock home linen napkins i discovered at the renegade craft fair, a bottle of bubbly, or a candle that smells like a crisp autumn day. and what to wear? i bought this club monaco cardigan last week and it’s become my new favorite layer…and this rag & bone dress (on my wishlist) strikes the right balance between chic and comfortable.

are you staying local for thanksgiving this year? if so, what are your plans?

1. rag & bone clement printed silk-crepe dress
2. cb2 beaker glass flutes
3. domaine chandon étoile rosé sparkling wine
4. nine west “mavenue” bootie
5. club monaco “gabi” cardigan
6. flock home natural linen napkins
7. nest pumpkin chai candle
8. forever21 earrings
