in a quiet part of san francisco called laurel heights (or presidio heights, depending on who you ask), is a wonderful accessories store called circle and square. the boutique was started in 2011 by bunny touby fayne and tracy albers with a commitment to showcase unique, one-of-a-kind pieces from independent designers from the city and beyond. inside the airy space, you’ll find jewelry, handbags, hats, scarves, sunglasses, plus home goods and men’s furnishings.
it truly has something for everyone, whether your style veers more toward earthier pieces, like turquoise and semi-precious stones, or more modern (i am currently obsessed with the sterling silver jewelry from fathom & form, in the bottom photo), or anywhere in between. i had a great time putting together two looks with accessories from the circle and square online store…it gave me quite a wishlist of pieces i’d love to add to my collection. so if you are in the market for a unique accessory for an event, or a gift for someone special, check out circle and square…you won’t be disappointed!
