a few weeks ago, i attended the two point oh! plus‘ great american blogger tour hosted by kelsi smith at the w hotel, and it was less a blog conference and more a chance to hang out with some new and old blog friends and learn more on branding and community. my favorite part of the day was sitting on the couches and answering questions about blog goals (which, like me, may not be quitting your day job), finding inspiration, how to keep from spending above your means, and more. not only did the speakers have great insights, but so did every one else in the room. it reminded me why i’ve continued to do this after so long—the connections you make.
