picking 9 collections that really stood out for s/s was difficult. there were really only six that stuck out in my mind (clockwise from top left): marc jacobs, balenciaga, ysl rive gauche, rochas, roland mouret, and calvin klein.
there were a few collections that were good, not great: prada/miu miu, lagerfeld gallery, lanvin, narciso rodriguez, dior, chloe, and versace. all in all, spring was a mixed bag, where you’ll be wearing floaty chiffon dresses, dressing from the 80s, or doing rock and roll victoriana.
