after eight months of hard work, the san francisco fashion film festival kicks off tonight with the screening of falabas, as part of the deyoung museum’s “friday nights at the deyoung.” annie will be there to introduce the film, with our VIP opening night party coming right after. then tomorrow the festival begins and on sunday, i’m having a talk with god save my shoes director julie benasra.
i’m so proud of annie, adelle and i–the learning curve was steep and we all had to do things that were outside of our comfort zone. all in all, i am so happy with the final outcome and everything that we’ve accomplished to get here. i can’t wait to do more fashfilmfest events (like a fall screening!).
