hope you had a wonderful long weekend (if you’re in the states). it was the typical “spring” in san francisco was a mix of fog and a chill in the air, so good thing i got my warm weather fix while in new york a few weeks ago. i bought this skirt from banana republic right before my trip and i’m in love with the details. looking forward to wearing it to the office here, and it was perfect for wine & cheese with lydia at once upon a tart and then dinner there. i let the skirt be the star by adding a simple white tee and my favorite vintage jacket. for a little pop of color, i added these new block heel sandals i picked up from barneys downtown. their in-house brand is soooo good for shoes (and clothing) that are classic and well made without breaking the bank.
