while the rest of the country is all about pumpkin spice lattes and cozy sweaters, sf is in the mid-70s. so i’m working on straddling the line between summer and fall with these reformation denim bermuda shorts. to keep it from going too summery, (and also not too 90’s as that’s what denim bermuda shorts kinda remind me of), i brought in some neutral wardrobe staples to dress them up. this alix nyc black t-shirt bodysuit is maybe one of my best purchases of the past few years. seriously, i can’t say enough about this layer. i got mine during a shopbop sale (and they are having another one right now!) and i probably should have bought two. it’s more of a sleek tee, so perfect for layering under just about anything. i wash mine by hand so i can wear it weekly. pixie market is a go-to for elevated pieces, like this beige silky blazer. i missed out on getting the matching shorts, but i reach for the blazer again and again. can’t believe it’s almost november and i’m still in shorts, but the weather in the bay will turn chilly soon enough!
