i know i probably say that i have many favorite things in my closet, but this popover from j.crew is truly one of my favorite pieces. not only can i not find something that this doesn’t go with (coated pants? check. distressed denim? uh huh. cropped trousers? yep.), but it was a present from my lovely husband for my birthday, which was while we were in new york. so whenever i wear it, i think of him and the wonderful time we had. do you have a special piece of clothing or an accessory that you love because of a time it represents? i’d love to hear about it in the comments…
