continuing the theme of sweatshirt dressing, this zara sweatshirt from earlier this year has a cool quilted texture and with the short sleeves can be layered over a button down in fall or worn alone. the skirt was something i bought last august in preparation for new york fashion week (i wore it to the lucky’s breakfast at tiffany event), and i also love its subtle texture. the two pieces together take an otherwise minimalist outfit up a notch.
