after a brief foray into celebrity (jennifer connelly, charlotte gainsbourgh), balenciaga is back to models for spring and for good reason. this collection, while showing up on the red carpet already, seems to look best on models, with their chisled bone structure and airbrushed skin…they look almost alien. what i don’t understand is the green box on the opposite page. i’m surprised nicolas didn’t stick a bag on there.
