the rebecca minkoff spring show was the first time the models were in head to toe minkoff, as the designer showed off her soon to be launched shoe collection. the styles ranged from animal print booties to candy colored leather with metallic trim, mixed material wedges, and two tone elastic banded sandals. bag styles included two toned satches, oversized clutches with tonal leopard spots, top handle purses with crossbody straps, chain handle flaps, and long strap calfhair minibags. clothing-wise, minkoff stuck to a focused palette of black, nude, and red, with accents of gray, brown, olive, and an abstract print or two. i loved the ladylike pleated shorts worn with a print chiffon blouse, long sleeveless double breasted blazer dress, lightweight leather jackets, draped skirts, and long seam detail dresses. it was a great collection of girly clothes and on-trend accessories that any fan of minkoff will love and will also bring new fans into the fold.
