valentino said goodbye to fashion with his final couture show, and it was an explosion of flowers. at times, it reminded me a bit too much of ralph lauren’s s/s show, but the cocktail dresses and evening gowns were exquisite and hopefully they will be seen on the red carpet at the screen actors guild or the oscars.

and the finale…a sea of red dresses. ciao valentino…you will be missed.
