alber elbaz took lanvin from austere to playful all in one show for fall, but proved once again that you can easily take a look from office to after five by adding a few (or alot) of showstopping accessories. hidden platform boots were sleek and fitted, wide brimmed hats could conceal a night of too much partying, elegant croc clutches, chain bags and leather gloves could take a look to a more innocent place, and floral motifs showed up on jeweled pins, chunky bracelets, or a chiffon headband. you’d be hard pressed not to find things to covet in this collection.
