i picked up this sweater a couple weeks ago from club monaco—they always seem to have classic pieces with a twist. this sweater is burgundy and navy with fun ruffled sleeves. i’ve worn it with high waist jeans (this pair) and then later with this skirt, which also has some visual interest in the form of a tonal pattern. the fullness of the sleeves and the fitted, slightly cropped body are balanced out a less skinny bottom (although i think it will also look good with a high waist skinny jean or pant). unfortunately it looks like my color isn’t available anymore online, but check your local store.
