getting into the holiday spirit around here with these red sequin pants from blair’s latest collection for nordstrom. immediately when she started posting previews of the pieces, i was into the sequin pieces. it wasn’t until she did a buying guide did i realize it wasn’t a jumpsuit but separates. i love the versatility of the red sequin pant—it’s a little slouchy but has a high waist (great for tucking in a graphic tee or blouse) and fun velvet bows at the ankle. rather than go for an all-red look, i used the sweater from here with multicolor sandals and my well-loved chanel wallet on chain (that i’ve taken to wearing shorter since the strap got wrapped like this in my closet). i’ve already got quite a few sequin tops but the matching shirt is another great choice if you want some sparkle but also something that would work with many other pieces already in your closet.
