the weather has been really funky lately—super sunny and warm one day and chilly downpours with wind the next. which means i’ve been able to wear some spring things, but also have to pull out the layers occasionally. so what do you do when you want to wear a dress but it’s cooler out? in this case, i took this topshop blue lace dress and layered it over my vince leggings (as seen here and here). it gives the somewhat sweet dress a bit of edge…and leather and lace have been a tried-and-true combo way before stevie nicks & don henley made it a hit (hope i’m not dating myself!).
