the late nineties were the golden age for fashion magazines, especially harper’s bazaar. the late liz tilberis created issues that were instant collectibles, and creative director fabien baron made typography glamorous again, as it was when alexey brodovitch was at the creative helm. i was going through the vintage magazine threads on the fashion spot (if you’re a magazine lover, it’s a goldmine) when i came across this editorial which felt so current. claudia schiffer chillin’ at a lovely california house—washing the car, playing table tennis, running the dog around—and just generally being stunning.

shop the looks below…

!function(d,s,id){var e, p = /^http:/.test(d.location) ? ‘http’ : ‘https’;if(!d.getElementById(id)) {e = d.createElement(s);e.id = id;e.src = p + ‘://’ + ‘widgets.rewardstyle.com’ + ‘/js/shopthepost.js’;d.body.appendChild(e);}if(typeof window.__stp === ‘object’) if(d.readyState === ‘complete’) {window.__stp.init();}}(document, ‘script’, ‘shopthepost-script’);
