after a brief scare that jessica simpson was going to appear on the cover for the 3rd time in 2 years, i thankfully learned that gwen stefani would be on the cover of elle for february. also thankfully she’s ditched those hideous bangs she’s been wearing everywhere since dropping her second solo album, the sweet escape.
