summer is usually all about bold colors and prints, but i’m finding that i’m gravitating toward black summer pieces more than ever. summer really hasn’t officially hit sf yet, but when i’ve traveled to warmer spots, my suitcase is usually filled with mostly black. i eschewed the boho prints at coachella in favor of something more rock. and in calistoga, it was a mostly minimal wardrobe of black and white, including this little black dress.
i’m heading to the hamptons tonight, and while i am bringing some pieces that aren’t all black (like this, this, and this), most of what i’m bringing is. honestly it’s what i feel most comfortable in and whether you’re on vacation or just living your life, that’s always what you should wear.
