another look that didn’t make the new york cut…what’s nice about that is since it’s an already planned out look, it means getting ready didn’t require much time at all.
i knew i wanted to pack a longer leather skirt, and so the hunt began…little did i know how hard the search would be. the one i originally had my eye on, from all saints, was much tighter (and shorter) than i wanted, so the search continued right up until a few days before i left for new york when i found this alexander wang one. because i have a few wang pieces, i knew my size so i ordered it sigh unseen (and with express shipping) and it fit like a glove. because the leather is a lighter weight, i can see wearing it in san francisco year round, and it’s a more tailored alternative to the more feminine veda mini and the sexier wang burgundy a-line mini.
gap shirt, alexander wang skirt (similar in grey and black), coach wedges, chanel bag (similar), linda farrow x alexander wang sunglasses, celine, jewelmint, and eddie borgo (and my nike fuel band se) bracelets, kenneth cole earrings
