resort 2010: proenza schouler.

collections

jack mccollough and lazaro hernandez of proenza schouler approached resort by doing the great girl-meets-boy clothing they always do, but like many other designers this season, the collection also has an island influence in terms of prints and colors. the looks include pleated shorts, cutaway blazers, scuba inspired tanks, slouchy cuffed pants, tie-dyed t-shirts, cutout halters and camis, and floral minidresses. they also added some bags and shoes into the mix, taking their covetable p.s. 1 bag and redoing it in striped cotton and creating braided and woven open toe booties and flat raffia gladiators. everything a girl wants to wear right now (except you’ll have to wait until later this year to get your hands on it).
