mary-kate and ashley olsen revealed more details about the row, their upscale fashion line, in today’s wwd. right now, pieces are available at browns in london and barneys and maxfield here, but they have added more retailers for fall, including jeffrey, holt renfrew, and harvey nichols. they have also added more expensive pieces, like $875 strapless dresses, $1,700 cashmere tuxedo jackets, and a $3,220 tuscan lamb fur coat. check out more pics from the lookbook here.

austin scarlett, the breakout star of project runway season one, is designing wedding gowns for kenneth pool. what’s interesting is kenneth pool is designing wedding gowns for priscilla of boston’s platinum line. got that?

3.1 phillip lim’s first storefront revealed. in other store news, adriano goldschmied is opening up shop in san francisco on o’farrell between stockton and grant next to macy’s and emporio armani, and elizabeth charles, purveyour of australian and new zealand designers, has opened on fillmore near smith and hawken.

tomorrow is the academy of art graduation fashion show, with zac posen, robin givhan and loulou de la falaise receiving honorary doctorates and someone receiving an internship with posen and the nordstrom design team. i’ll have a full report on saturday.
