i scanned in my copy of us vogue only to find that another site was using my pic…shame, shame. despite that, i was over the moon with excitement to see a black model on the cover of vogue. that’s a double whammy, anna!! too bad she didn’t use the opportunity to do a real piece on liya, a top model, wife, mother and child-rights supporter. natalia vodianova, with her aristocrat husband is given 12+ pages and a gorgeous pictorial, and liya is given two measly pages. blech!
