i’ve had a pair of yves klein blue suede pumps in my wardrobe for many years, but most of them have been from more affordable designers. first i had a pair of steve madden’s that were so comfortable that i bought them again when the first pair was worn down. then i found a mid-heel pair at zara ones and a higher pair from aldo so i could rotate. back in february at céline, i saw these but was more focused on getting the knot bracelet. so when i saw them again last weekend at saks, i felt like i should splurge on a nice pair, since i wear them so often. with a heel height of 3.5″, they are an optimal height for wearing all day, and the d’orsay silhouette gives them a bit of interest.
